La Concha does not have a lounge. I've stayed at both and I think La Concha is nicer, especially the pool, beach, and gym areas. Yes, having a lounge is a good perk, but not as a sacrifice to the overall quality of the hotel. To me La Concha had more a "W" feel to it, if that is your thing.
