Be nice if it was true - I highly doubt it - in NYC Andaz Wall St recently opened and Andaz 5th Ave is opening soon. In Miami - they seem to be getting a new property in Miami Beach while the Victor (which was supposed to be a PH when it opened) is rumored to be leaving.
Of course, there was that note in the Hyatt stock thread that mentioned the Grand (central) Hyatt would be undergoing refurbs at the end of the year...If they think that refurbs will make that into a PH...
