Be nice if it was true - I highly doubt it - in NYC Andaz Wall St recently opened and Andaz 5th Ave is opening soon. In Miami - they seem to be getting a new property in Miami Beach while the Victor (which was supposed to be a PH when it opened) is rumored to be leaving.
