It seems that nobody cares at the Arizona Biltmore
I just spent 6 days at Arizona Biltmore for a mix of business and spring break, the service and attitude was terrible. This room was booked thru FHR. The room was dated and worn, no upgrade was offered and when I question they said they were sold out. The did not ask or bring up my HHonors number which was on the reservation, and I had to keep requesting they add it. The quality of the front desk was between hostile and indifferent, when I requested to speak to the reservation manager, i got a chocolate box but no personal audience, the property was filled with meeting guests so perhaps they don't care about individual travelers. This is a 3 star property that is resting on past laurels, be very careful before spending discretionary $ here!
