I am in the PH Buenos Aires now (2nd visit) it's a favorite; just was in the PH Mendoza for the first time, and, opposite of the previous poster, found my room to be very fine; but all time favorite is the tried and true PH Tokyo, quiet classy elegance -- have stayed there well over 50 nights! Another old favorite, but now long gone as Hyatt was the UN Plaza in NYC.
