Couldn't they just precut the steaks a la Fajitas? Flew on Swissair a few days ago and all the cheeses on the cart had been presliced. Had plastic knives but real spoons and forks. They didn't have any corkscrews for the FC wines but when I told them they sell corkscrews in their duty free catalogue the wines started flowing again
