Okay so I figure about 100-130 for a power plug for my laptop.

Now what I want to know is which seats have the power port? Is it on all seats.
I am not too worried about US flights since they are short enough I can power up when I get off the plane.
What about international flights?
Is it certain plans have the outlets and others don't.
