When looking at TT I currently go straight to NZ due to space+ seating which makes a big difference in comparison to the competition. Without space+ I will now be looking at all options based on who will give me the best price. For example I recently booked WLG-SYD on NZ. QF at similar pricing did not get a look in. For the return which I have not booked yet NZ will have, in my mind, lowered its comfort level to their standard so it becomes a price only decision.
Without space+ NZ will be losing my exclusive business and opening itself up to compeition with all comers.
