Two cheaper alternatives:
1) If you are a CO onepass member port.com gives you 20% off. (a much better deal than the 250 AAdvantage miles).
2) Try Circuit City. I got the exact same model that AA recommends for $99 a couple of months ago. If you have a store nearby you avoid the shipping charge.
