2. Are you going to provide free vouchers to try Works Deluxe?
3. Are you guaranteeing to give us Business Class airpoints accrual each time we book and fly "Works" for the first twelve months.
You have destroyed your product in our market so that it conforms with your underperforming CHC and WLG markets. I sincerely hope that you are therefore going to extend to us the same sweeteners that you are giving to them.
