Is Swiss Air now gone for good?

I noticed on the AA.com that the Swiss Air logo has been removed (Cross Air and Sabena remain) and all seat inventory on AA codeshares with SR have been zeroed out. News reports state that funding for SR will only last through October. I realized things are very fluid but would like to hear feed-back on the following questions:

1)Will AA start codeshares on select CrossAir flights?
2)What will happen to the SwissAir name?
3)When will the all of the SwissAir flights that are being taken over by CrossAir be announced?
4)Will any of the long-haul flights operated by SwissAir continue under a new Swiss Air or will they be taken over by Cross Air?

Last but most important, If one is holding tickets into Europe on AA with an AA codeshare onto Swiss Air for November travel, how long should one wait before trying to reroute onto another OW carrier?
