These regulations, from mobile phones to wireless mouse and Kindle are intriguing. Were these to be capable of causing interferences aircraft would be falling from the skies all day every day. Certification standards would be Microsoft-like so we'd have constant rebooting of engines and aircraft electronics, with consequent inability to fly.

This is ridiculous. It is in the range of "blame what you can control, not what causes the problem" and should be stopped. Internet connections onboard are permitted, after all.
