Yes. I tried the US edition and it worked. Initially it changed quickly to a page with something like "change cookie" in the browser and then went to the US site.

I'm not using a computer to post right now, so can't check but IIRC there is a way to list all the cookies in your browser program and delete specific ones. It's likely under "Internet options".
