I'm told there SHOULDN'T be any UDUs until after we are accommodated, but I'll believe it when I see it. I'm also told by the phone agent that the first cabin is 90% full. Sigh. Will report after we get to OGG.
Update: Well the system worked as intended. No one got UDU, but we did get the only 2 upgrades...at the last minute at the gate. I hate this nail-biting -- but I did win the Half-Way to Hawaii contest! ;-)
