Personally I think that NZ did a good thing killing SJ off. I flew them once in 2006 from OOL-AKL, I decided 5minutes after take off I would never fly them again.

People want choice about what they get when they fly, e.g you can get an item by its self or with a combo at Maccers so why can't a full service airline give people options. Why should I pay for the chips if I only want the burger?. I would not pay extra for the Famous NZ pie, as I hate pies.

Tbh I don't really need a checked bag when I'm going on a 3night trip to Sydney. Although I end up taking one & packing way to much junk, Last time by bag was 15kg . I could probably done with take 1/4 of that with me!.

I could see my self using the SEAT only option on realy short trips & for my longer trips using The WORKS.
