Normally, when TSA employees are in the news, they are being arrested for theft, rape, etc. Since the TSA found 5 seconds of inconsequential footage of their employees actually respecting citizens, it is deemed to need top placement on the TSA homepage.

I would bet that the TSA is somewhat disappointed that their employees did not get more camera time in their faux uniforms.
