Your ticket appears to DL as though you paid for it with a credit card. So RDMs, MQMs, and upgrades all work as they would for a normal paid ticket.
I believe you would contact DL directly to use miles to upgrade the ticket, change seats, update FF number, etc. But I would guess other changes that would trigger a reticketing, like an itinerary change, may need to be done through Travelocity.
