Mark me down for this as well...at least the "bottled" consumables (shampoo etc). I do it every day and take the housekeeping-added replacements every day. At home they serve as handy "emergency" supplies when needed (or when guests stay over), and once a year we donate whatever we have left to appropriate local charities.
And as it turns out, one of those charities turned out to be *us*...when Hurricane Katrina hit and 10 of us were temporarily staying in a relative's house, all of my spare shampoos (which I quite luckily had stored in large ziploc bags that floated and survived the flooding when we returned to salvage what we could from the house) served our large-at-the-time household well.
Oh wow! I am glad you are ok after Katrina. I know it's going on five years. It sends me back to my homeless days after Katrina. I was in Biloxi too at that time.
