Playing around with some options for our Winter break. We both fancied Japan but also some diving in Micronesia – probably Palau and Guam. I can see on Expertflyer that JL have flights using their Jalways (JO) subsidiary. Having previous earned TP's/miles on JL/JO flight I assume I can redeem too. However I can’t even get ba.com to accept Guam as destination let along show award space. Does anyone know if:

1. This route is somehow excluded
2. This is a problem with ba.com
3. The situation with Jalways has changed

I’m reluctant to phone GGL with such a minor query in the middle of the strike.
