Hear hear - we went last August (booked with the twofer out F back J) and had an awesome time. Buenos Aires was a bit grey around then, but the far south was cold, pretty and deserted, the north was gloriously hot and sunny, and the vinyards of Mendoza were a delight to tour virtually alone, with lots of relaxed time to chat to the owners.
