My organization is considering signing a meeting travel contract with AA. (See Programs & Servicse - Business & Consumer Programs - Group & Meeting Travel - Assocaitions for the specific program we're considering.)

Anyone have thoughts on this program? Experience with it? More or less as advertised?

(I know that folks will need to buy their tickets through AA's Meeting Services desk [or, I guess, through a smart travel agent] -- which is fine, and always does an adequate job for me when I call with BusinessExtrAA bookings.)
