Availability to EZE is always hard to get especially for two. It is such a popular destination due to the wonderful weather,cheap wine and food, best quality leather goods, cafe culture, beautiful scenery.....need I go on?
The dates you are looking at just now for next year are during the peak tourist season which is Dec-Mar so it's not surprising that you aren't finding availability....people snap up one ways as soon as they appear.
Think about coming over in the quieter times of the year April - Nov (highly recommended) or just keep looking and hope for some cancellations to appear.
