1) So the bottom line is that I get both RDM and MQM from Delta when buying tickets using my FlexPerks points? I thought I had seen conflicting stories on this, so would like to hear from someone who has done it.

2) Do Medallion last-minute upgrades work as if you had bought a ticket directly from Delta?

3) What about using RDM for an upgrade on, say, an M class fare (I don't see a way to do this from the USBancorp website, but maybe I'm missing something)?

4) Is one constrained to directing all questions and changes through Travelocity?
