Had to do a bunch of opug today. The computer asks me how I want to support it automatically, and brings up the UG balance of certs. I was waaaaaay surprised at those who KNEW of the unlimited thing going live and the value of their 500 milers that were not already on the ug list, and had tons of unused certs. I still told em it was on the house, but for all those that I didn't comp, why didn't you apply your certs to get it...it is like an unused seat on a plane, once the plane departs, the seat has no value.
