Sorry, but you shouldn't be offended PERSONALLY because you notified them of the issue and they ignored/failed to act upon it. A corporation the size of Marriott can understandably not have read let alone seen your letters.
However... it doesn't excuse them for not knowing or not doing anything about sending literature in the correct language. Yes, that is pretty ignorant and unbecoming of a global conglomerate. Any Portugese (as in the inhabitants of Portugal) MR members receive their packets in Spanish vs. Portugese?
