I thought of that, but I don't know when this'll happen again and I thought the whole "taking a ferry to a greek island" is kinda part of the experience. Not worth it?
If that's the only reason you're taking the ferry, then definitely don't do it. Fly and save yourself an entire day of travelling. Trust me on this. I'm Greek. I've got a little experience with getting to the islands.
