If you were 'unlucky' enough to be rostered on a strike days, you would be thinking carefully about why you were about to shaft yourself and your family for staff travel perks when 2/3rd of your colleagues are risking b*gger all/
Don't Euro fleet and Gatwick have many more working days with departures from base than Wordwide fleet. If so, it is very unfair on them.

Are you accussing BASSA of being unfair to it's members - isn't that BASSA policy these days.

Wouldn't we all love to know what the rostered work days of the BASSA reps are (well those who aren't long term sick or suspended) in relation to the strike dates announced. Am I too cynical to suggest that statistically they would almost all have managed to miss being rostered on the strike dates.....

A change in the law might be useful. Union gets the right to call a strike, specifies number of strikes and days of duration. Employer gets the right to pick the dates.
