A reliable indicator (subject to equipment swaps) as to whether your flight is on a 733 or a 320 is the seat selection stage of the booking process. On the 733, the exit row 12 has two seats each side, whereas on the 320 it has three.
The trouble with me is acquired snobbery ... when I see a seat map, I never even think of looking further back than row 3 or 4!



(even though with FD I had to pay a bit extra for the front row).
But I'll check out my booking and see what the verdict is. Thanks again, everyone, for your help and other comments. Whatever, I'll report back after the trip, just for the sake of completeness.
