Sleeping at Schiphol
Although Schiphol is divided into four distinct areas (the fourth one is for LCCs) the only thing you really need to worry about is Schengen vs non-Schengen. You are arriving into non-Schengen and departing from Schengen.
The two airside hotels (Yotel and Mercure) are both located in the non-Schengen part of the airport.
There are three landside hotels within walking distance, the Sheraton and Hilton just across the road and the CitizenM about five minutes away - but I don't know if any of them do day rooms (I'm fairly certain the CitizenM doesn't). All other so-called "airport hotels" require a bus ride, and some are quite a long way away.
If you don't want to splash out on a hotel there are other places at Schiphol where you can sleep: The KLM non-Schengen lounge has a "quiet room" with beds (though I guess you probably won't have access to that if your credentials are with *A), and there are also some public rest areas with seats that recline almost into a lie-flat position (not quite, but almost). There is one such area near the non-Schengen lounges, and if you want to freshen up there is a free shower next to it (you need to bring your own towel)
