I had EWR-MUN and FRA-EWR scheduled for early March and had been checking daily to find a bulkhead seat with none available. As soon as the new maps came online, they showed all the previously blocked bulhead seats as available.
Yep...looks like you can now pre-book the bulkheads in BF...I am hoping it is not an error and they don't turn it off...those bulkheads are primo seats with the expanded legroom with the new lie-flat seats...I snagged them for a trip I am taking in July on my way back from LHR...
