LH still offers seasonal F service (summer schedule) from YVR, YYZ, and YUL.
Thanks for the correction, the last time I was researching YYC was an easy gateway.

BTW, LH has F out of YYZ intermittently in the winter too. This Friday I'm flying on an A343 with F -- haven't managed to find a pattern, so it may be very intermittent, but was worth the change fees when it opened up to avoid the US security nonsense.
