On the 737-700 aircraft, the available seats in exit rows (12/14 - future 20/21do not show as available - even though they are. Seats 14A and 14F do show correctly, 12B/C/D/E and 14B/C/D/E do not show as available.

Logged in as Platinum and just viewing the seatmap for non-purchased ticket. Other aircraft all seats in the exit row are ELR seats so they all show just like 14A/F on the 737-700.

Once a ticket is purchased - the seats are selectable and show (12B/C/D/E and 14B/C/D/E). These seats are not ELR seats but they should still show for an Plat/Gold Elite before ticket purchase (they do after ticket purchase).
