Served choice of Sea Bass or Chicken in J. Maybe the F version is cooked slightly different - but basically the same. I have done QF F about 15 times and QF J 3 times, never Y. I do not see much difference in F and J food, except the champagne choice - and in F that is dropping (no longer Dom).
