Best: Every stay (@ 40 stays) at the Fairmont Olympic. In my mind the Olympic sets the bar for all other Fairmonts. 2nd would be the Fairmont Dubai.

Worst: The Fairmont Monte Carlo. Just a bad property. Too bad Fairmont did not manage the L'Hotel de Paris instead in Monte Carlo.

I have to say that the only other hotel chain I enjoy on a regular basis is the Four Seasons. Hence why I like the Olympic so much.
