Gotta love this...it's like the KL staff howling at Johan here on FT a few years back when he posted text from the KL staff manual's ISA section in response to a similar debate over there. "Tell us where you got this data.." etc.

When secrecy is required to maintain the fictions, then all observers know how far things have deteriorated.
