Now that you have received your bag. If your order does get fulfilled, will you retract your negative feedback? They obviously have the bags because they are able to send it to you.
I did get a very good price. When I ordered it, the cheapest price I had seen anywhere was around $320. The first order was placed at $144.99 and the second at $136.99. Prices have comedown since then. Now I see prices between $235 and $320. I was willing to fight for the price difference. If I had been busy, I might have just taken my money back.

I think this seller might be one without a warehouse of their own. The Winfield, the wrong suitcase, came from a warehouse in NJ. The box had "Ship to an Address in NJ" and Made in China printed on it. The hard sided Silhouette 11 came from Jacksonville, FL, the box has "Ship to an Address in Jacksonville, FL" and made in China printed on it. It appears the seller takes your orders and fills the orders from various suppliers.

I am beginning to feel Amazon.com might be responsible for the mix-up. Luggagepoint.com insists that the glitch that causes the mix-up is on the Amazon side. But since Amazon is too big for them to fight, they cannot make Amazon eat the cost. They also said they could show me the original order received by them, which, according to them, was for Winfield. I asked them to send me a screen shot of the screen with order. They would not do that. It could be they are afraid to miff Amazon. If Amazon caused the glitch, it explains why Amazon is not barring them from selling on their site. We will never kn ow the truth.
Today, I received an e-mail from luggagepoint.com with the tracking number for the second suitcase. The e-mail still says Winfield., so did the e-mail for the first Silhouette 11 I received. I had asked luggaepoint about it. They said the e-mail says Winfield because the original orders that were transmitted to them by Amazon were for Winfield.
