Closing the AC at a major international gateway like JFK is quite unlikely. What needs to be done at JFK is to bring all oneworld carriers into the same terminal for international ops, but I wonder if BA, CX or QF have any interest in leaving their current home? [Is UA moving from the rest of that terminal now?] The domestic one might be considered for closing since LGA is a major domestic hub, now that TW traffic has been combined with that of AA.
