Best: Fairmont Waterfront in a corner room with a spectacular view of Coal harbour and Stanley Park.

Least Fave: a stubborn hide-a-bed that wouldn't unfold in Fairmont Olympic Seattle in a suite room at midnight. Staff was quite good and sent maintenance up right away but even this handyman coulddn't get the thing to work so had housekeeping make up a bed on the floor with a mattress which was better than sleeping on the sofa for the other person I was sharing the suite with. Handled well enough but older furniture that needed replacing was somewhat disappointing though the stay overall was still positive.
