If you credit everything to BAEC, the twelve AY BKK J and two BA LAX J flights (out of FRA in this example) per year will give you as BAEC Gold (OW Emerald) :

223000 miles - with some additional flying you can probably round this up to 280000, enough for two J flights to EZE
you can also upgrade your LAX J flights to F for 50000 miles per return
a way above 4000 Tier Points
when hitting 2000 TP, you get a Gold Upgrade for 2 voucher that upgrades your EZE tickets from J to F (provided that you go with someone)
if you hit 5000 TP, you get a Concorde Card that takes you to the Concorde Room at LHR T5 even when not flying F
