As I mentioned in the linked thread, I was told that all the airlines under the multi-airline award were permitted (with some restrictions). That of course was prior to SOC (10/09), so perhaps that has changed. Jaimito Cartero: do you happen to know if you were speaking to a PMNW agent when you inquired? Wasn't it NW's policy that stated you could only use ST members (in fact, only ST Full members, no even associates)? If PMNW, perhaps the agent was mistaken. I would suggest calling the number in the first post of this thread (will get you to the SLC desk) and ask again. Since you are both looking for the EZE-CPT leg, another issue might be that that particular route is not permitted for the award. When I spoke to the agent in October, he explained that you could use any carrier, but any of the normal redemption restrictions applied (such as: no HA CONUS-HNL redemptions and therefore those wouldn't be available via RTW either). Under WorldPerks, were you allowed to book EZE-CPT? If not, then this route wouldn't be permitted via RTW.

In any event, I apologize if I provided erroneous info! I know what I was told back in October, but perhaps that agent was incorrect or perhaps they have changed the rules since then.
