All we see on our paperwork is who the non-revs are, and what status you are. MM, DM, PM, GM, FO then we also can see any special needs passengers, Blind, wheel chair, UM, armed we cannot see who is an up grade or who wants and upgrade or any of that. I did however once get a piece of paper from a GA that had the upgrade list she didnt have time to upgrade everyone in the gate area so she asked if i could do it on the ground. but that is very rare.
