Agreed. If you want to do everything by the book you will have to follow the rules as outlined above. That is the way it is, you want to visit this country, so you have to respect their laws.

Having said, that, if you are not extremely unlucky, you should not get into any problems if you do things reasonably as indicated by pr0digy25.
