They have the password to your email, they login, see you are a united customer. Go to the united.com website and enter your email address as the username, but click "forgot password" and had a new one emailed to your email account. Login to united.com, delete that password email, change your united.com password and buy stuff. Depending on your mail system, yahoo, hotmail, msn, etc. there are all kinds that have various vulnerabilities.
Recommendation: Change ALL of your passwords to EVERYTHING.
I have a better suggestion... Don't use any computer you do not have control of to check email.
Yes, thats better but now let's talk realistically. People use hotel computers to check emails. Often there is a line to do so. So you are not changing that. The least,and I do mean the least, they can do is sign off and even turn off the computer. It is amazing how many people just get up and leave all the info available.
