Just go to aa.com, login to your account, and in the AAdvantage section, click on "E-Mail AAdvantage". Provide all the necessary information, then type your text.
You'll get a confirmation that it was received, and in a few days, a CSR will reply to the E-Mail, albeit in a "canned" form. What CFM3RD received in his above post was the same text sent to me.
