Not even close to the old NWA's web site. Sorry Go-mez!

Instead of speed we need something that works. Just today I changed a flight in Delta.com and it showed one of my flights on Y fare. I bought the change and my itinerary showed a Q fare, which blew my 50% MQM bonus.

Had to call the Diamond desk and they helped me undo the transaction. Kudos to the help desk ^

The websit wasted my time, the Diamond Desk time, and the Delta.com staff help desk time. Oh yes, it didi it with fast response times
