Industry or internal corporate awards bear no relation whatsoever to customer satisfaction metrics. They're totally detached from reality - and not only in DL's case, in all cases where large organizations have limited contact with actual stakeholders.

We will conduct our own structured stakeholder evaluation on this matter soon, and it will be most interesting to see what the actual data says.
