I have a suggestion for the likely cause of your email that was hacked. That is because I see it every day. If you use a computer at a hotel, SIGN OFF! I'd hate to tell you how many times I could have had everything a person owned by accessing their entire email account in a hotel! It is not good enough to close the current screen you are using in the business center. For most hotels, that just visually erases what was there. Anyone else can simply go back to the sites you are using and grab up everything. This may not have been the cause in your case, but I am sure it happens frequently.
