I got some good news this morning when I checked email.
From AA.
"We have reviewed your "list" of 20 partners now that all the miles have been credited to your account. We're delighted to tell you that you have qualified for the promotion and can expect the 20,000-mile bonus to
be credited to your account after November 30, 2001."

So there you go. AA does answer email. If I recall I sent this out Tuesday maybe Wed. of this week and it showed up today - Sat.
Every little bit helps.
