This is what ANA has for the same flight. (semi cut and paste)
New York(JFK) Tokyo(Narita) 07:00 15:55 +1 CHG
First = x, Business = x, Economy = O
There is no non-stop flight from JFK to NRT by UA. I am not sure which combination of flights you were looking at (e.g., via IAD, SFO, or LAX)???

Anyway, Standard Award is only for UA MP members using MP miles. The ANA site only shows Saver Award. The ANA site shows First class Save Award [XF] is 0. The EF shows the same. Business Saver Award [XC] is 0 on both sites, and only economy save award [XY] is available to book. The ANA and EF shows the same info. You need Save Award availability to book flights with AP miles, I think. No F award is available at the moment.
