Not a big sum that expired but anyway.
Complained and got an answer stating that I have been a member for more than 5 years, and therefore my points could have expired, and indeed have according to their almighty system.
Answered back... maybe this time they actually bother to read the whole message if it's not too much to ask.
Not that it would make much of a difference with the minor sum(and I'm sure AY Plus doesn't know what the word "compensate" means), but they can't just go around taking points from peoples accounts.
